Dashboard API reload should maintain UI state

I use the mock client in the dashboard a lot. When something breaks, I hit "Reload API Cache"...which then takes me off the "Mock Client" view.

It's one extra click but it bugs me. Easy fix?

Yeah, been thinking about this myself lately. Dashboard will be overhauled in 1.2, so I'll look at it then. If you can't wait, feel free to do something with url fragments and submit a pull request. ;)

with all my free time i'll get right on rewriting the whole thing using Boostrap and jQuery.
