I'm taking your word that it addresses the issue for requests that don't include an Accept header, but I've run the test suite and you didn't break anything, so that's reassuring. :)

Well, just as I said in the issue #129, the tag cfhttp in Railo is generating a request without an Accept header. This fix is running fine our production server for several weeks now so I felt it was time to contribute it back...
