feat(next-gen): transaction simulation fail warnings

Description

Adds warnings when simulation fails (isSimulationSuccessful: false) or we don't know if it succeded (isSimulationSuccessful: undefined).

• Easiest by updating the code or blocking /scan endpoint in the devtools
