Incorrect argument parsing without options

get function changes every time when calling in useFetch(url, deps) format.

Expected behavior
Keep optionsNoURLs undefined if second parameter is array in https://github.com/alex-cory/use-http/blob/master/src/useFetchArgs.ts#L72
