Description of changes:
Adjusts our CI script for AppVerifier based on feedback from adding AppVerifier to the
aws-c-*repositories.Edit: Tried to adjust the License check so it would detect if you are adding new files and not fail CI in that case, but I couldn't quite figure it out and decided to leave it for now.
