Unable to use Lambda for Bank SOAP API calls using node.js

We are trying to make a call with SOAP Bank APIs but it did not work. due to not server Authorized due to IP changing automatically.

Do you anyone have option for it?

Have you tried using a VPC config, so your Lambda function uses an IP in your VPC? You can then control what IP address it gets when going out of your VPC and onto the Internet using various different methods.
