Missing documentation for "Resource" and "Default" in Identifiers documentation

Reading through the current Identifiers documentation I don't see any discussion of the two special construct IDs "Resource" and "Default". Is this a purposeful omission because developers shouldn't be using these names or would a discussion of "Resource" and "Default" be a welcomed addition?
