Note how excruciatingly slow msbuild is compared to Ninja. I'm not sure about the tests, though - they seem stuck. |
This fixes compatibility with CMake's Ninja generator

Only visual studio generator is worth keeping, in other cases Ninja is more strict than Makefiles.
