This Pull Request implements several topological Operations for the different geometry types.
I took the liberty of adding some more unit tests for those topological operations.
Notice: The Ray casting algorithm was the currently applied approach for evaluating a point within a LinearRing; also, several extension methods for array operations have been added to the package.
