This comment from @DanGould got me thinking about us doing a new release/version LtbLightning/payjoin-ffi#43 (comment) which I think makes sense

So this PR bumps version but is moreso a place to discuss if there is anything else we want to get in before we have a new release?

• I'd love to get feat: add testnet4 to network type #31 merged, but not a blocker
• possibly bump all the way to uniffi 0.29?
  • chore: uniffi 0.29.0 #33

Would love any thoughts or suggestions from anyone else, while also not taking too long to get a new release out here for users like payjoin-ffi

Bump to 0.29.0 = makes sense. Not too hard to port, will ensure it's easier to go up afterwards.

Network: I think you can make it a bit cleaner once you update to 0.29.0 (or maybe even with the current version). Will comment on the PR.

for timeline context, we're planning to do a release cycle for payjoin-0.23 through payjoin-ffi and payjoin-flutter by the last week of march in prep for MIT Bitcoin Expo Hackathon April 4.

alright all the open PR's are merged in now are we good with ACK'ing and merging this?

(The only thing I'll mention is nothing done related to TxId, so not sure if you all think that needs to be done before we tag 0.1.3 or not)

I do not need TxId updates for payjoin, but am open to some delay to get this out since payjoin-ffi has some other blockers before next release.
