This is a breaking change because the handling of dynamic imports has changed in `acord-node@v2`. See here for more details: browserify/acorn-node#12

Uses Acorn's builtin import() parsing, which generates a different node type.
Uses the newer, more compliant acorn-import-meta, which rejects \u0065 escape sequences in the
.metaproperty.
