[Spec test] Update to match the specification tests

A new test case regarding table element types has been added to the specification tests. The community has reported similar cases, so we need to update our implementation to keep pace.

Only synchronize with the default specification repository. Other repositorys like threads, garbage collection (GC), memory64, multi-memory, and exception handling will remain at their current commits.
