New release

It's been a while since the latest release. I have a couple commits that would be nice to have in a "released" version of ClusterShell so external tools can depend on that version. Any plans for a release soon?

Hi @mattaezell – ah yes... I agree, it's definitely time for a 1.8.4. Thanks for the reminder and your contributions. I'll start the work on this release.
