Examsheets comments : add a "send by email to all" button #3264

Hi,
When a trainer wants to send his comments by mail to the learners, he has to do that examsheet by examsheet, from the examsheet he has just corrected (he has to open the examsheet to do that).
But trainers often prefer to finish the correction process and after, "send to all learners" their comments/corrections : doing that, learners receive their corrections at the same time and trainers can thus modify any of their corrections until the last moment (decently, they can't do that if they have already emailed some corrections).
Trainers don't have an easy way to "backup" the examesheets to pdf files for example.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if it was possible by clicking on specific buttons :
- to send all the examsheets (or just a selection) by email after the correction process : trainers would save a lot of time to do that without having to open the examsheets.
- (feature added in another issue, please do not consider here) to export to pdf files all the examsheets, not simply examsheet by examsheet as now (see Résultat exercice : export pdf impossible #3222), but globally (with one pdf file for each examsheet)
Additional context
In a first time, just having the possibility to do that for all examsheets (without radio buttons) would be great. It is the case for the "recalculate all" button : it appears recently, and it's a great idea !
It could be like that :
With such a configuration, trainers doesn't have to open their examsheets to have the possibility to send it by mail (or export it to a pdf file).
Furthermore, if trainers would have the possibility to backup the examsheets, it would be possible for them to "clean the results" more often than now : indeed, in order to conserve their results, they never clean their results and it generates the problem of the huge size of the track_e_attempt table ! (see #3273).
