[C2] Show course link after course creation

From the administration page when creating a new course, after validating the form we are redirected to the course admin list. In C1 we have a confirmation message and a link to go to the just created course.
In C2 there is no message and no link and we need to search for this course that might not even be on the first page.
It would be good to restore this functionality to show a link to got to the just created course.
