[BUG] type scatter - Some points are not drawn

I think this is likely due to clipping of the chart area. I think it's a duplicate of an existing or similar issue, but not sure of the number off the top of my head

for example
chartArea.left = 23.34...
x = 23 and model.x = 23
ratio = (x-model.x) ... = 0
and next .alpha(ratio)

as a result: point present, but tranparent (((

I think the problem is in the #4640 or somewhere nearby
