Cropped bottom of circular radar graph

I have a problem with cropped bottom of circular radar graph, you can see it on fiddle here.

Don't know, if it's related to retina display only, because I'm not able to try it on different device. I've tried to allow responsiveness, but it's same as with specified size proportions.
