- change `fb_survey` to `fb-survey` - format spacing for consistency - remove unused if-main
- fixes cmu-delphi#56 - point the python client at the local docker servers instead of prod - whitespace tweaks in client and test - unit: ✔ All 27 tests passed! - integration: existing tests pass
