Bug in `cdc_baseline_forecaster`?

We have been using this function to generate the CovidHub-baseline forecast. Recently, we encountered an error where the function fails with the following error msg:

Error in prep.epi_recipe(blueprint$recipe, training = training, fresh = blueprint$fresh,  : 
  object 'check_training_set' not found

Hi looks like this is caused by an update to recipes released today. Making a hotfix in #439.

Ok, merged the hotfix and tested the script with the new branch. Should work now.
