Second point, our functionality is more geotemporal than spatiotemporal. (Spatiotemporal might hint at long/lat data, or simulated data on unitless grids.) So maybe "epidemiological data sets measured over space and time" -> "epidemiological data reported by location[/geography] and time[ / time interval]"
