- remove `backup` dir (not needed with git) - remove "do not edit" headers, as that doesn't belong here - remove legacy changelog, don't deploy it, and don't link to it - update hyperlinks for new hostname - change css indent from 3 to 2 spaces
- dockerfile for the epivis website - development guide, much like https://github.com/cmu-delphi/delphi-epidata/blob/main/docs/epidata_development.md
- support covidcast data!
- fix three broken buttons - remove strange generated code - fix some lingering mangled comments
- these aren't super useful at the moment and clutter the UI - functionality is still there, the buttons are just hidden
- new button to generate and display a direct link to the current view - attempt to parse and load direct link on initial load - some drive-by upgrades with `const` and lambda functions - fix tree.getAllDatasets, which was probably broken for a long time
