Add StreamElements platform support #129

Description
@sebinside has said that he may want to use StreamElements instead of Tipeeestream.
For now we should at least provide feature parity with the TipeeestreamConnector, which are sub, follow and donation events.
Additionally with #131 raid, host, subscription tiers and cheers have been added.
