This pull request contains new dependencies for Cypress, new directories, and files needed to run a test with the User logged in and able to view the Catalog.
Before running the tests, please Install Cypress: yarn add cypress --dev and run yarn to update all dependencies.
Make sure the local run of backstage is running on port 3000 before running:
yarn cypress open
yarn test:cypress
