For some reasons appveyor thinks this branch is non-mergeble here. though Appveyor tests passed against my forked repo. here https://ci.appveyor.com/project/kapilkd13/cwltool |

travis is still not reporting. I would try creating a new PR. Maybe that solves the problem. |
