These are lessons 19 & 20

A smaller tool can have a small Docker container and would be more easily used & tested

For "Custom Types", we could use https://github.com/EBI-Metagenomics/ebi-metagenomics-cwl/blob/master/tools/biom-convert.cwl

For "Specifying Software Requirements" we could use https://github.com/EBI-Metagenomics/ebi-metagenomics-cwl/blob/master/tools/nhmmer.cwl

Yes , it is good.

19 is more easy for the readers.
I think to innstall interproscan is not easy .

Update: Now the section 18 (reordered from section 19: custom types) uses containerized tool.
Once the section 19 (reordered from section 20: software requirements) uses smaller tool, we can close this issue.
