I made my own prefix so it'll be easier to merge from the template repo. What do you think?

LGTM
I had something similar in mind too. Eventually we should phase out all of the carpentry-related stuff, but an approach like this is less dangerous than trying to do it all at once.

A start at configuring the Jekyll setup for CWL. Includes:
More config etc still needs to be done, but I think that this is ready as it covers some of the absolute necessities.
