What this PR does:
This PR makes the OTLP handler consistent on metric name.
AddMetricSuffixesis set to true in Prometheus OTLP handler but we don't apply the same. https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus/blob/main/storage/remote/write_handler.go#L506Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
