Describe the behavior you would like
I noticed that this repo hasn't been migrated to uv. This would follow the migration to uv in other cpp-linter repos.
I think the actions.yml could benefit from using uv, but I am not sure it is a wise choice. astral-sh/setup-uv automatically alters the PATH env var to include uv and uvx. Currently, the steps in action.yml avoid altering the PATH env var.
