Description

Windows could not be moved over the upper and left side before. But it was possible to move them over the right and bottom side. This led to bugs that are now fixed.

Issue
Closes #208

Testing Instructions

Open a window and drag it along the edge of the screen. Equal to the steps from #208.

There is still space between the taskbar and the window.
