can't deploy

Apparently running nightly in.a docker image fails to build various crates.

It's been reported elsewhere.

My guess is it's related to this PR.

I've spent a lot of time trying to figure out what's wrong, but it looks like I can just pin nightly to an older version until this gets fixed.
