Replace FilteredResults with composition

🤔 What's changed?

The purpose of this library is to provide components that can be composed together to make useful experiences. The <FilteredResults/> component was an outlier here, being a very thin compositional wrapper around some other components, at least since #374.

This PR removes <FilteredResults/> and promotes a compositional approach instead. This includes exporting <FilteredDocuments/> which was previously internal.

While we're here, Ladle is upgraded so we can use MDX stories.
