-Updated spanish translation. Some things were missing, some wrong, some did look bad.
-Enabled lang in resources
I run the update script to update the .mo file. It updated all locales but only commiting changes in the sp locale for safety.
commited, downloaded fresh from the repo, compiled and tested; its working and looks good.
