Include Api Reference/Documentation in SDK

It will be great to have a bundled api reference and related generated documentation for offline usage with the Dart SDK . It is a much needed feature when in transit or on patchy wifi networks.

Given the fact that it is a brand new language one often needs to refer to these .

please make api docs offline..and please add it to the code completion in the dart editor..for quick reference

I don't want to double the size of a normal sdk download by including the documentation so please just download it on a needed basis from the above link
