We're just over two weeks since our last release. We would normally release tomorrow, but I'd like to let distributeds recent Python 3.8 support simmer in master for a few days. If there are no objections, I'll plan on doing a release of dask and distributed next Wednesday (2/19)

Was also thinking a release might be good. Would it be possible to push it to next Friday (2/21)? If not, no worries, but thought I’d ask 😉

Sure, I'm not aware of any pressing need for a release that can't wait until next Friday. If pushing back to 2/21 negative impacts anyone, feel free to let me know.

To whoever does the release, we need to update the dependencies for distributed (conda-forge/distributed-feedstock#113) and dask (conda-forge/dask-feedstock#99)
