This RFC is part of #3209.

Backgoud

As described in #3209, we have finished stage 1 and are towards stage 2.

In stage 2, we plan to get those works done:

• Mirror the current design. (I need help)
• Figure out how to organize content
• Write the first blog (maybe?)
• Figure out how to deploy the site

The first problem for us is content organization. For now, the docs for databend are not well organized.
