Feature request: adding onSave params the setting cards

I think its more customizable and usable if we can simply accepting custom function performing before or after the save action. There are several use cases such as showing toast, wrapping settings card inside a dialogue and trigger onClose for the dialogue. Please let me know if this is acceptable so I can work on this pr.

Also, I am not sure if we should just add for all component that has a save button with onSave. Or should we add it to all settings component?
