Proposed changes

Yaml and GitHub Actions Yaml should adhere to known standards. Look into:

• cytopia/yamllint
• github.com/rhysd/actionlint/

This is already implemented in Go and needs to be ported over:
deepgram/deepgram-go-sdk#208
