Most of all, this PR is an example of how
Lintcan be incorporated into steps.Now that we have a Lint API, all exceptions that get thrown by
FormatterStepget turned into lints. If you throw a real "Spotless Lint" then it shows up nice, if it's any other kind of exception then the lint includes the full stacktrace (good for debugging, bad if it should be just a clean message).
