Description

Remove outdated third-party panels:

  • HTML Tidy/Validator: archived last month + last commit 10 years ago
  • Inspector: project abandoned -> link to other repository with last commit 9 years ago
  • Sites: 404, repository doesn't exist anymore
  • User: last commit 11 years ago

Checklist:

  • I have added the relevant tests for this change.
  • I have added an item to the Pending section of docs/changes.rst.
