Add sphinx documentation

The documetation in `README.rst` is getting huge. Better get sphinx documentation on readthedocs ;)

Also worth including:
- How to add "Recent blog entries" to a sidebar
- How to add a "Popular tags" list
- How to get "featured" entries.
