System.Data.SqlClient is globally resourced. Unable to connect to sqlserver address

The problem that occurred before was the use of System.Data.SqlClient 4.4
Currently upgrading to 4.6.1 seems to be no problem. I am watching here for a while.

The issue might have been fixed in later versions of System.Data.SqlClient. Would recommend testing with Microsoft.Data.SqlClient (latest preview) and confirm if it works fine.

Currently using System.Data.SqlClient4.7.0-preview8.19405.3 is still the above error. I feel that using global resources in the case of Thai. Parsing the connection string is wrong

I am using Microsoft.Data.SqlClient latest preview version is also the same error. Docker is deployed in Linux.

@ErikEJ this is happening in S.D.S and the fix is not going to be back ported unless it is a security fix.

@ErikEJ to correct my previous comment and adding more to it, if the issue is happening in nuget of S.D.SqlClient, then it cannot be fixed, but if it is happening in S.D.SqlClient in netfx it might/could be back ported.
