Strings.resxis not needed to be included for AnyOS binaries, as it required only message to be thrown, which was not correctly working either. This PR also fixes the message which is currently generated as:throw new PlatformNotSupportedException("Strings.PlatformNotSupported_DataSqlClient");New generated message:
throw new System.PlatformNotSupportedException("Microsoft.Data.SqlClient is not supported on this platform.");
