[tests] EndToEnd tests timing out on github actions/macOS

We should investigate why it is timing out. And if needed we can disable it for macos.

Without a Mac figuring out this would be difficult. My attempts to create a wsl2-based osx distro so far have been unsuccessful.

I can investigate it then. We can disable it to on macos, for now.
