Editing the Master Template File

**Operating System**: Windows

**DocFX Version Used**:  `docfx.console.2.56.1`

**Template used**: `default` 

I want to add a line in the html pages by finding out a particle element (like ###) in the readme file while using the master.tmpl file. I want to place the line in the article node after a specific header tag(html). How can I do that?
