Description
Removed
<NgenArchitecture>All</NgenArchitecture>for assemblies that get included in VSIX for VS. This causes 32-bit ngen images to be created for VS despite there being no 32-bit VS process (meaning these 32-bit ngen images are being created but will never get loaded).
