Update BDN to fix wasm runtime perf runs after BDN is updated #2144
Description
The wasm perf runs are running into the error:
/home/helixbot/work/9BF008B2/p/dotnet-wasm/src/mono/wasm/build/WasmApp.targets(273,5): error : File MainJS='/home/helixbot/work/9BF008B2/p/dotnet-wasm/src/mono/wasm/runtime-test.js' doesn't exist. [/home/helixbot/work/9BF008B2/p/performance/artifacts/bin/MicroBenchmarks/Release/net7.0/59becf93-18ab-49d8-8ff7-85c9cdca9c81/BenchmarkDotNet.Autogenerated.csproj]
This should be fixed with the dotnet/BenchmarkDotNet#1846, so the BDN version needs to be updated once it gets merged in.
