The whole language server doesn't activate if cohosting is on now
A roslyn analyzer told me this would improve performance!
Can't be hit in cohosting since the language server is never created
Just makes the Find All Refs easier later :)

Just removing some code that is now dead, because the language server doesn't even start when cohosting is on.
