Customer Impact
Marshaling of string fields as UTF-8 causes a memory corruption in NativeAOT.
Testing
Extended NativeAOT smoke tests to cover the scenario. Ran all src/tests/Interop tests.
Risk
Only affects UTF-8 marshalling.
