PropertyGroupDescription/SortDescription IsEnabled property

Having an IsEnabled property for the PropertyGroupDescription or SortDescription would allow us to easily bind to it. As of now we have to create a C# code for removing and re-adding groupdefinitions or sortdescriptions which not only involves a lot of additional code but also forces to cache definitions and feels wrong in MVVM scenarios.
