What bugs are preventing a release to PyPI?

Can everyone go mark bugs with the "Publish to PyPI" milestone if they feel it's a blocker?

The README states the current version is 0.9.1 -- can you publish this version to PyPI (latest on PyPI is 0.9.0)?

Hi! 0.9.1 is currently only available on the release page here: https://github.com/mumrah/kafka-python/releases (you can pip install https://github.com/mumrah/kafka-python/releases/download/v0.9.1/kafka-python-0.9.1.tar.gz if desperately needed)

We are still working on pypi publishing, but expect to get version 0.9.2 out in the next day or so and upload that to PyPi.
